Baby Birth Frames
What Comes in Our Baby Birth Frames?
Every baby birth frame in this collection is a single personalised print, designed around your own baby's details and delivered already framed and ready to hang. You choose the design, we set the name, date of birth, time, weight and height into that layout, and the finished frame arrives complete. You are not buying a print that still needs framing.
All seven designs are priced the same: ₹899 for A4 (8x12 inches) and ₹1,199 for A3 (12x18 inches). What changes between them is the layout and the artwork, not the paper, the printing or the frame. That means you can choose on appearance alone rather than weighing design against quality.
Each frame is made to order. Nothing is printed until our designer has sent you a softcopy on WhatsApp and you have approved it, which is why these arrive over a few days rather than shipping from stock.
Choose a Design That Fits Your Baby's Story
The collection holds seven layouts. Four are our original illustrated designs, and three are built around a particular need: one photograph, three photographs, or an animal theme.
Design A, B, C and D: Our Four Illustrated Layouts
These four are our original birth frame designs. Each arranges your baby's name and birth details within its own illustrated layout, and each holds the same information, so the choice between them is a visual one.
We suggest opening all four images at full size and comparing them before deciding, particularly if the frame is going on a wall you will look at every day. A layout that reads well as a small thumbnail is not always the one you want at A3 on a nursery wall.
Baby Birth Frame with Photo
This design sets your baby's written details alongside one photograph. Choose it when there is a single newborn picture you keep returning to and you want that image to carry the frame.
Because one photograph does all the work here, it is worth sending the highest-resolution copy you have rather than a version already compressed by a messaging app. Our designer will tell you at the preview stage if an image will not hold up at the size you have chosen.
Baby Birth Frame with 3 Photos
This layout places three photographs around the birth details. It suits parents for whom one picture does not cover it: a hospital photograph, a first day at home and an early portrait can sit together in the same frame.
We suggest choosing three photographs that differ from one another rather than three variations of the same pose. If you are ordering this design, the A3 size gives each image more room, which matters more here than on the text-led layouts.
Baby Birth Frame with Cute Animals
Animal illustrations sit around your baby's birth details in this design. It works well in a nursery that already leans towards an animal or woodland theme, where the frame joins what is on the walls instead of competing with it.
Consider the room before the screen. A design that feels charming on its own can read as busy next to patterned wallpaper or an existing gallery wall.
Which of Your Baby's Details Go on the Frame?
You enter the details on the product page itself, before adding the frame to your cart. Three fields are required and one is optional:
- Baby's name — up to 30 characters.
- Date of birth — written out, for example 12 March 2026.
- Time of birth, weight and height — entered together in a single field, for example 10:45 AM, 3.2 kg, 48 cm.
- Parents' names or a short message — optional, up to 60 characters, for example "Son of Rahul & Priya".
Check the spelling of the name and the units on the weight and height as you type them. You will see every detail on the preview before anything is printed, so a mistake is correctable, but entering them correctly now saves a round of revisions.
If you would like the details presented differently — a different date format, or a measurement in pounds rather than kilograms — say so when our designer sends the preview.
Choosing Between A4 and A3
A4 measures 8x12 inches. It suits a nursery shelf, a bedside table or a smaller wall where a larger frame would dominate.
A3 measures 12x18 inches and is the size most of our customers choose. It is the one that reads as a gift when handed over, and the one to pick if the frame is going on an open wall rather than a shelf.
Before choosing, look at the space where the frame will actually hang and measure it. Both sizes carry the same design and the same details; only the scale changes. If you have chosen the three-image layout, the larger size gives each photograph noticeably more room.
How the Design and Approval Process Works
These frames are not printed in advance, so the order runs in four steps:
- Choose your design and your size.
- Enter your baby's details on the product page and place the order.
- Our designer prepares the frame and sends you a softcopy on WhatsApp. You can ask for revisions until it is right — there is no limit on the number of changes.
- Once you approve it, we print, frame and dispatch.
The approval step is the one that decides your timeline. Printing begins only after you have replied, so checking the preview promptly is the single thing that most affects when the frame reaches you.
What the Frame Is Made From
The design is printed on premium matte photo paper using fade-resistant inks, and comes set in a sturdy frame with a shatterproof front. It arrives ready to hang, packed protectively so that it can be given as a gift without repackaging.
On frame colour, please note that we send the frame available at the time of your order, which may be black or white. If the colour matters for the room it is going into, tell us before ordering so we can confirm what we are able to supply.
Ordering a Birth Frame as a Gift
A birth frame makes a considered gift for a naming ceremony, a baby shower, a first birthday or a first visit to meet the baby. There is one practical requirement: you need the baby's actual details before you can order, because the personalisation fields are required.
If you are ordering for someone else and do not have the exact time of birth, weight or height, ask the parents before placing the order rather than approximating. Those details are the point of the frame.
Gift packaging can be added on the product page. If the frame is for a specific date, work backwards from that date and allow time for the preview and your approval, not only for shipping.
Delivery, Payment and Returns
We offer free shipping across India. Frames are delivered 5–7 days after you approve the design. Count that timeline from your approval rather than from the moment you order, since the preview stage sits in between.
Cash on delivery is available. Choose Cash on Delivery or prepaid at checkout, whichever suits you.
For the same reason, a personalised frame cannot be returned once it has been printed and approved. That is also why the preview stage exists: it is your opportunity to change anything, and it is worth reading carefully before you reply.
If your frame arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
If you need the frame for a naming ceremony or another fixed date, message us with your PIN code and the date before you order so we can tell you whether it is achievable.
Frequently asked question
What is included in a KayoBaby baby birth frame?
You receive one personalised print set in a frame, ready to hang. The frame is included — you are not buying a print that needs framing separately. It arrives in protective packaging, so it can be given as a gift as it is.
How much does a baby birth frame cost?
₹899 for the A4 size (8x12 inches) and ₹1,199 for the A3 size (12x18 inches). All seven designs in this collection are priced the same, so choosing a different design does not change the price.
Which of my baby's details can be printed on the frame?
Your baby's name, date of birth, and time of birth with weight and height are required. You can also add parents' names or a short message as an optional line. You enter all of these on the product page before adding the frame to your cart.
Will I see the design before it is printed?
Yes. Our designer prepares your frame and sends a softcopy on WhatsApp. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and you can request as many revisions as you need before that point.
How long does delivery take?
Frames are delivered 5–7 days after you approve the design. Shipping is free across India. The timeline starts from your approval rather than from when you place the order, because the design preview comes first.
Should I choose A4 or A3?
A4 is 8x12 inches and suits a shelf or a smaller wall. A3 is 12x18 inches and is the size most customers choose, particularly when the frame is a gift or is going on an open wall. Both carry the same design and the same details. If you have chosen the three-image layout, A3 gives each photograph more room.
What colour is the frame?
We send the frame available at the time of your order, which may be black or white. If the colour matters for the room the frame is going into, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what we are able to supply.
Can I add photographs to the frame?
Yes, on the designs built for it. Our Baby Birth Frame with Photo holds one photograph, and our Baby Birth Frame with 3 Photos holds three. Send the highest-resolution copies you have rather than versions already compressed by a messaging app.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, COD is available. Every frame is printed with your baby’s details specifically for you, so you can choose Cash on Delivery or Prepaid at checkout.
Can I return a personalised birth frame?
A frame cannot be returned once it has been printed and approved, because it carries your baby's details and cannot be resold. This is why the preview stage exists — it is your opportunity to change anything before printing. If your frame arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
Can you deliver before a naming ceremony or a specific date?
Message us with your PIN code and the date you need it before placing the order, and we will tell you whether it is achievable. Remember to allow time for the design preview and your approval, not only for shipping.
What if I make a mistake in my baby's details?
You will see every detail on the preview before anything is printed, so a spelling or a measurement can be corrected at that stage. Reply to the WhatsApp preview with the correction and our designer will send an updated version.
