You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

The product must be:

• Unused and unworn
• With original tags
• In original packaging
• Free from stains, damage, perfume, wash marks, or signs of use

Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will replace it without any questions asked.

Exchange Policy

Please note: Exchange is allowed only once per order

Exchange is allowed only for the same item. It cannot be exchanged with a different product, design, or category.

Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or replacements only in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received by the customer.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Shipping & Handling Deductions:

• Matching T-shirt (Set of 3): ₹300 deducted per set
• Rompers: ₹150 deducted per item
• Kids T-shirts: ₹150 deducted per item

Important Note: Personalized designs are not eligible for returns or replacements.
